Energy and ambition and the internet

Description An ambitious project that that shed its physical limitations and reached to the cosmos
Caption Ezra Orion's career as a sculptor began with earth-bound projects. In 1987 he launched the first of three laser beams to the Milky Way. In 1989 he launched a 2nd laser beam with the joint sponsorship of the Israel Museum and the israeli Space Agency. The third launch in 1992 was part of the International Space Year - a Super-Cathedra - that soared at light speed vertically to the plane of the Milky Way. It was launched simultaneously from several locations in the northern hemisphere toward the Cosmic Infinity. In the year 2000 it was estimated to have traveled about 15 light-years from Earth.
